Will Google share revenue for this?
My friends are developing a couple of freewares/shareware programs and to make them more attractive we are thinking of integrating applications like google toolbar, google desktop etc.
Is it legal? Will google share its revenue (like adsense) if we distribute the above google tools and when the end user clicks on an advertisements?
Do other companies such as yahoo etc have similar arrangements?
Thank you for help

That isn’t how it works. Google has APIs for you to integrate features, but that doesn’t mean automatically you get connected to AdWords or AdSense. Their APIs let you do a lot of cool widget stuff, but you gotta program it.
You only get paid if you have your own AdSense account – if you dont, you dont get paid, only Google does.
Here’s an example of a site with a Google widget plus AdSense:

And no, Google has no incentive to share any revenue with you. You, unsolicited, developed a widget from Google API. They are not bound to credit you whatsoever.
You need to take permission from them.
