I wanted to know how much can you make with a good blog (estimated) and what you should do in order to make more money (with adsense). Like search engine optimization and how exactly you should do it.

what are some tips on starting a website with google adsense?

i am willing to create good articles, but which topics would get lots of views and which ones would get lots of clicks on the ads?

I thought it would be good to make a layout site. I know, the codes are hard to memorize, but i have a lot already memorized, and im willing to put in the effort. Now, i have a few questions that i would like good answers on:
1. What is a good html codes book? Please dont request a website, i do not want a website or eBook, i want an actual book. If there is one specficaly pertaining to myspace, that would be helpful for me.
2. Where can I get a reliable, unlimited storage hosting site at a low rate? I’d also like it to include a minimum of one free domain, if possible.
3. What are the best ads to use for your website? I’ve heard a lot of people say that adsense by Google does not pay well, so if you could recomend another safe site that I can use for ads on my website, or other information about google adsense, it would be greatly apreciated.
4. A good book with alot of tutorials for photoshop cs4. Once again, a book, not a website or eBook.

Is this a good idea? Do you have an AdSense account? How much do you earn (make sure you tell me what currencey you use as I’m in Australia and the Aus $ is different to the USA $).
I was gonna make a blog using “Blogger”. Any ideas what it should be about too? I was thinking about making it as a sortve guide/tutorial for making MySpace layouts as im always helping people with their HTML codes. Good/bad idea?
