A few questions on making a layout site..?
I thought it would be good to make a layout site. I know, the codes are hard to memorize, but i have a lot already memorized, and im willing to put in the effort. Now, i have a few questions that i would like good answers on:
1. What is a good html codes book? Please dont request a website, i do not want a website or eBook, i want an actual book. If there is one specficaly pertaining to myspace, that would be helpful for me.
2. Where can I get a reliable, unlimited storage hosting site at a low rate? I’d also like it to include a minimum of one free domain, if possible.
3. What are the best ads to use for your website? I’ve heard a lot of people say that adsense by Google does not pay well, so if you could recomend another safe site that I can use for ads on my website, or other information about google adsense, it would be greatly apreciated.
4. A good book with alot of tutorials for photoshop cs4. Once again, a book, not a website or eBook.
Thank You in advanced for your answers, please do not post anything rude, or say that this won’t ever work for me, because I know I can make it if I try hard enough, even with all the competition out there. :]

Que’s HTML book is pretty good. But you can get the same information on a site like W3Schools.
There’s no such thing as unlimited storage, and there won’t be until someone invents the infinite-size hard drive.
There’s no such thing as a free domain name if you want the popular tlds (.com, ,org, .net, etc.) If you’re okay with .tk or .co.cc, they’re free. Go to http://www.dot.tk/en/index.html?lang=en to get a free .tk domain name.
If you’re looking to replace your day job with website ads, you won’t. You can make a little money, but not enough to pay your grocery bill.
No idea about a book for PS – I’m a developer, not a designer.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. A domain name is a name you want to call your website (ex: http://www.yahoo.com). To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I recommend purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this gift today.
As an experienced webmaster I recommend BH web hosting which I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer for hosting & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them.

They also offer “Free Site Builder” that helps you build your web pages without difficulty if you are not skilled in using any website creating program. (WYSIWYG: What You See Is What You Get) You can use this service optionally. You can also create the pages offline with your favorite program (DreamWeaver, FrontPage, Microsoft Publisher, etc.), and then upload them to your web host. This is another easy way to get your website online.
