How to Apply to the Google Adsense Program

Applying for a Google Adsense account is quick and easy for any interested webmaster. Just point your browser to http://www.google.com/adsense and click on apply. Click on the drop down arrow under account type and select whether you’re an individual or business. If you’re not sure which one to choose, click on the question mark to the left. Next, select your country or territory.

Under website information, it asks for your primary URL. If you have your own website, list it here. If you are using a blogging site such as http://writingup.com or http://bloggingparty.com that URL goes here.

When I first decided to invest my time and energy into learning how to create my own online income, maybe like you, I had a certain amount of stress trying to find ways of doing it! I uploaded Joomla in one directory and Drupal in another directory, because they both have their own index.php for their home page, and I created names for these directories to match a website name, does that make them separate websites in your main site, or because they are located as sub directories, are they only considered a sub directory in your main site.

This has been bothering me since I have started my site, because I do a link exchange with a website, and they ask me if I have any other sites to exchange with, and I tell them the sub directory site I created and they don’t respond.
